Giovanni Bernardino

Giovanni Bernardino (c. August 1930 – October 1979) was a Appenninian military officer, politician and statesman who served as the fourth and final president of the Social Republic of Appennini until his death in October 1979. He is considered to have been considered one of the most infamous dictators over the Second Appennini-Vistulzkan War and his social policies.
