Imperia, officially the Imperial Principate of Imperia or Roman Empire (Latin: Romanum Imperium), Is a Large, Imperial Commonwealth and Principate made up of 476 Provincia (provinces) and 7 Imperial Commmonwealths with each Provincia being ruled by a governor on behalf of the Emperess expet for the Sia or Special Imperial Area (Special Cities). The Imperium government is based in in the Imperium's 3 Imperial Capitals and 4 Regional Capitals with Imperia City being the De Facto Capital though Rome and Constaninople have igifacent government and historical value. The Imperium has a area of ~ 12,410,000mile² and a population of 4,078,369,058 with much of the Population residing in the Imperium's Mega Cities and Metorpolisises with the Largest being Imperia City, New Delhi, Manila, Rome, Constaninople, Sydney, Jakarata, and Guanzhou. The Imperium mostly has a Troipical Climate with the Majrotiy of our territories nera the Equator or in Humid,Topical, or Dry Areas with the expeption of the Provincia in the upper Mare Nostrum Region who are humid in the summers and cold in autum and winter. The Imperium is a Highly Developed country Ranking 2nd in the HDI with a score of 94.0 and a GDP nominal of 82.6 Trillion Irises or $393,600,000,000,000 NSD (1 Iris = 48 NSD) The Imperium has one of the largest economies in the world with a mixed market and is a large exporter with more Net expoerting and Imports and has a self sufficiant economy due to its terriotrial size and diversity with multiple large scale markets inside the Imperium. The Imperium's Military Spending is high with about 12.1 percent of the Governments total expenditure (Govt Expen = 47.2% of GDP Nominal (in IRIS)) being spent on defense. The Imperium's Main energy sources are Eco freindly with Fossil Fuels on the way out and being replaced by Solar Plantanions, and renweale enrgey sources suc as Nuclear Power, Hydro Electric, and Gro thermal with new solutions under development.

Imperial Government

Imperitoria

The Imperiaoria is the De Jure and De facto most power branch of government as it is made up of the Imperialis Praetoria, the Emperess, and the Imperial Advisory. The Emperess is the Head of State and CiC of the Imperial Armed Forces and has almost semi abosulute power but tends to not abuse it. The Monarch had Semi-Absolute power, having the power to dismiss almost every government officer and official in the nation and take control of all government assets and the government itself.

Executive

The Executive is the Second most power full branch and the Imperatoria is kind of also a part of th Executive. The Executive Branch is lead by the Imperial President of the Imperium and one of the 2 consuls. The Executive Branch consists of the Imperial Departments, Ministries, Agencies, and Executive offices of the Imperium which are lead by an Imperial Seceratary, Minister, Director, or Seceratary which are appointed by the Imperial President. These Executive Officers form the Imperial Cabinet which is led by the Prime Minister. The Prime Minister is the de jure leader of the Executive Branch and the Cabinet, Presiding over the Imperial Cabinet at the pleasure of the President. The Prime Minister is subject to Senatorial Confidence along with the other Executive Officers and Senators can call for a vote of no confidence against the Imperial Cabinet. If a majority votes against the Imperial Cabinet also reffered informally as the "Government" then Senatorial Confidence is lost and the Imperial President can dissolve the Imperial Cabinet. If the Imperial President thinks the Imperial Cabinet has preformed to its standars and deems the vote to be unvalid then they may chose not to dissolved the Imperial Government. The Senate can also launch an appeals to the Consuls and if that appeals has faioled then they may then launch a Final Appeals to the Imperialis Supremum Tribunalis Magitratuis or Tribunal Magisterium Imperiale Supremum (Imperial Supreme Magistorial Tribunal) which will deem if the decisions of the Senate or Consuls/President were constitutional and a review of the preformance oft he government, its standards, and the reasoning of the appeals and votes of no confidence.

Legislative

The legislative branch is made up of the Imperial Senate. The Imperial Senate is the unicameral national legislature of the Imperium made up of 4,240 Senators which ate elected through popular vote in their home District / Provincia. The Senate has the power to introduce bills and Executive / Senatorial decrees & orders. The Senate is presided over and led by the Supreme Chancellor who is Cheif Legislative Officer and Speaker of the Senate.

Foreign Relations

The Imperium, being of of the largest and most powerfull nations if fairly active in International Affairs, being a part of major alliances like the Kalisight Treaty Organization and its home region, the Coalition of The South Pacific. The Imperium, being one of the multiple nations claiming succession to the Roman & Byzantine Empires often has conflict with other nations claiming to the "Roman" such as the Novus Romanum Imperium and the Holy Kingdom of Armenia. The Imperium is also in a Quasi-Union with the Romanic Imperium, with Imperia being the Eastern Roman Empire and the Romanic Imperium being the Western Roman Empire with Italy and Rome being split between them. The nations involved in the Imperial Union have some overlapping jurisdictions, As such some "neutral territories" under self or joint administration are present, forming most of the overseas territories and the Holy & Eternal Imperial City of Rome. The Imperium also controls the foreign and military relations of its Commonwealths which are subject to some Imperial laws and are also nations ruled by the Gens Julia or the Ivisilla-Aestiva Dynasty. The Imperium is also close allies with the Republic of Krow-Bock which is Imperia's largest trading partner and close ally. The Imperium is also seeking to expand its influence into the Atlantic and strenghtening its presence in East Asia with through its Commonwealth of Serica and its Puppets in Southeast Asia.

Military

Imperitoria Terrestrial Force

The Imperial Terrestrial Force aka the Imperial Army is the Land force of the Imperium and the 2nd largest branch in terms of number of Personel. The ITF is made up of 200 Imperial and Coronal Legions as well as some specialized divisions & units like SpecOps and Shocktroopers.

Imperitoria Aquiarian Force

The Imperial Aquarian Force aka the Imperial Navy or Imperialis Navium is the Navy of the Imperium. It is made up of 680-700 vessels as well as Land based Amphibious Marines and the Naval Aviation Corps. The Navy is the third largest branch in terms of personell and is the largets reciver of funds from the Imperial Government's Budget for Defence. The Aquarian Force, like the Terrestrial Force has 2 Grand Marshalls and 14 Grand Admirals, equivalent to the Army rank of General of the Army,(Imperian: Grand General).
