The Chancellor of the Blackhelm Confederacy is the head of the executive branch of the Confederate government. The Chancellor is the Supreme Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, can veto legislative bills before they become law, and appoints the various ministers to their positions (aside from the foreign minister) and other officers, who administer and enforce national laws and policies.
