The Honourable Sir Francis Molland KM, MC & Bar, was a Vionna-Frankenlischian military officer from Fredericksburgh in eastern Vionna. A career soldier, Molland served during the Prodavan War and rose to the rank of colonel, commanding the King's Own North Gestoria Rifles in the Cassadian Civil War in which he was killed. Molland was wounded in action at the Battle of La-Minning's Ford where he was credited with saving the life of Adelaide Douglas Fitz-Kieth, then a young Captain in his regiment. While returning to Frankenlisch to recover, Molland died of his wounds at sea. His daughter, Elizabeth, is an officer in the Imperial Navy.
