Prince Richard of Hanover (Richard Thomas Charles Alexander; born 5 August 1999) is a British actor, activist, and a member of the British royal family. The only son of King Thomas and Christy Turlington, he is currently the second in line to the throne, as the heir presumptive to his sister, Queen Alexandra.
Having initially envisioned a career in the Royal Navy, an unexpected training accident halfway through saw Richard effectively abandon his interests in the armed forces, which was then followed by a change in profession to acting, where he has since found modest success, with his first role being Colin Bridgerton in the Netflix period drama, Bridgerton, followed by a string of other roles in several movies, namely Enola Holmes, Sonic the Hedgehog, and Tom & Jerry.
In addition to his acting career, Richard is also actively involved in several charitable causes, namely climate change, unemployment, and poverty, along with the likes of his family members.
