Nguyễn Minh Thuyết, KKTN STL DBRK HHHK (October 10, 1883-May 13, 1965) was a Quenminese polymath who had interest in medicine, history, chemistry, biology, literature, and music.

Thuyết was born on October 10, 1873 to Nguyễn Quang Mẫn, who was a professor of literature at the School of Haigia, and Hồ Thị Nguyệt Anh, a medicinal practitioner.

Thuyết's contributions to medicine and chemistry have changed the way Quenmin looks on medicine; even so, his integration of western elements to Quenminese music, along with Giang Sái Minh Khải and Nguyễn Chiểu Tri, have also proven to be a notable achievement, despite receiving initial criticisms.
Many scientific institutions, university departments, and streets, especially in Haigia, have been named after him.
