Julia Theodora Augusta Caesaris born July 24, 2000 is the Imperatricia of Imperia and the Imperial Commonwealth as well as Empress of the Imperium Romanum. She is the 190th Empress of the Roman Empire and the 2nd Empress of the Imperial Commonwealth and the Empress of Imperia

Julia was born on July 24, 2000 in the Purple Chamber of the Imperial Palace of Venus during the reign of her father and was the oldest out of her 7 siblings as as per Imperial LAw and tradition, immidiatly proclaimed the Crown Princess after her birth. She was educated at the Imperial Academies of Imperia and the Imperial Praetorian Academy and recived her higher eduation at the Imperial University, University of Rome, and the Imperial Praetorian Academy having takn courses in Biology, Political Science, and having recoived a full and advanced Praetorian Training. She served for a period in the Imperial Armed Forces representing her father and having commanded multiple Praetorian and Corona Legions. She was also later put in charge of the administration of several Cities, Praefectura, and Provinces, having overseen the development of some of the major cities in Imperia.

Julia Caesaris was born on July 24, 2000 in the Purple Chamber of the Imperial Palace of Venus. As a child she was reported to have been extreamly Intelligent and Clever, taking advances courses, acing most of her tests and exams, and preforming well in independent studies.
