Article I || Titles
1.00 || This Act may be cited and referred to in short as the Repeal of the Black Flag Act, 2022.
1.01 || This Act may be referred to in full as An Act o repeal the Covenant of the Black Flag and sever ties with the Brotherhood of Malice.
Article II || Preamble
2.00 || Noting that the Brotherhood of Malice, hereafter referred to as BoM, have initiated Article 5, §5.2 of the Covenant of the Black Flag.
2.01 || Further noting that BoM has publicly announced the severance of ties as can be found here.
Article III || Repeal
3.00 || The Covenant of the Black Flag treaty is hereby repealed.
Article IV || Ratification
4.00 || This Act shall come into effect upon passage by both Houses of Parliament with a simple majority and assent by the Sovereign or other authority as established under the Monarchy Act of 2021.
