The Yarí are an indigenous people of Guadajara, and one of the largest ethnic groups, concentrated in the Río Blanco province, where a majority of them live, but there are also significant numbers recorded in the provinces of Bacadilla and Santiago de Escrivá since the 1890s.

It is estimated that 896 thousand Yarí live in Guadajara, equivalent to 3.2% of the country's total population.
