Jean-Luc Lotulelei also known as Sudrajat Lotulelei (Kapulakan:ᮞᮥᮓᮁᮃᮏᮃᮒ᮪ ᮧᮒᮥᮜᮨᮜᮨᮄ) was a kapulakan teacher, anti-gaullican ressistance organizer and satesman who served as the first native president of modern Kapulaka at the time called the Federation of the Corriveau-Islands. He played a significant role in the independence of Kapulaka, gaining attention as an anti-colonial speaker during the gaullican occupation and later as an important negotiator and lobbyist for kapulakan independence from Werania. During his presidency he massively abused his power and used his connections to rule as a de-facto dictator, something that eventually led to the so called August 20th Revolution in 1964 through which he was ousted from power and a new constitution set in place, to avoid a dictatorship like his in the future.
