Layla Margarethe Bush was born in Notim, Tielo. She grew up in urban Notim to the wealthy family of a banker. Bush studied political science at Notim University College and was elected to the Grand Assembly at the age of 22. Bush quickly gained popularity for her charisma and speech giving skills. She was elected to the house representing Tielo two years later. Bush became the leader of the Tielo First Party in 2014 at the age of 25. In the 2022 She became the minister for finance
