The 2021 Queen's Cup was the 63rd Queen's Cup, an annual football match contested by the winners of the previous season of the Eredivisie, Ajax and the Eredivisie II, Club Brugge. Held on 1 June 2022, the match was played at the Johan Cruyff Arena in Amsterdam, with an attendance of 48,664, and was televised live on Eleven Sports.

Beginning with an opening goal in the 15th minute by Ajax forward, Sébastien Haller, Ajax, by the 69th minute, ultimately emerged victorious over Club Brugge, whom they defeated 4-0 to claim their 17th overall title. Meanwhile, Ajax defender, Daley Blind, whom provided both a goal and an assist for a goal by teammate, Sébastien Haller, was named man of the match. Historically, this edition marks the first and only time to date that either side has scored more than three goals, and is also the edition with currently the biggest recorded goal difference in the competition's decades-long history.
