The 2019 UEFA Nations League Final was a football match that determined the winners of the 2018-19 UEFA Nations League, the inaugural season of the UEFA Nations League tournament. Held at the Estádio do Dragão in Porto, Portugal, the match was contested by hosts, Portugal and the 2014 FIFA World Cup champions, England.

The match began early on with an opening goal in the 3rd minute by England midfielder, Jordan Henderson, before Portugal promptly retaliated with a goal by winger, Gonçalo Guedes in the 9th minute to level the score, which Guedes then followed up on an additional goal in the 31st minute to give Portugal a 2-1 lead, which remained that way for the rest of the first half. However, throughout the second half, despite creating more chances on average compared to their opponents, Portugal was dramatically denied a quick victory by a second goal from Henderson at the 72nd minute, consequently bringing the match to extra time, where at the 119th minute, Portuguese defender, Ricardo Pereira scored the winning goal, giving his country a final 3-2 win over England.
