Aral'sk

Aral'sk is one of major 7 languages in Boratstans, it is very closely related to Kaspian. With Kaspian it shares vowels, and most of letters and theyre pronounciation, they are so called "Lake Languages", named after the Aral'sk Sea and Kaspian Sea. It has 8.4 million native speakers in Aral'sk Republic, and at least 400 thousand native speakers outside Aral'sk Republic. Aral'sk and Kaspian are both known for letters with double dots (ä,ë,ï,ö,ÿ) which then add "y" (J in Aral'sk pronounciation) after the letter. Aral'sk also has complex use of apostrophe (Čářka in Aral'sk) in lot of words, it is mainly used after letters with double dots, or in words which were made by mixing two words into each other.
It has 25 letters, when counting these letters and letters with Čůrkÿ (e.g. á), Žo'häčky (e.g. č) and other additional alike, it has 46 letters, all with Capital and non-capital versions.
It also has dialects such as Nothern Aral'sk, Southern Aral'sk etc. There is also dialect which is mix of Kezagri and Aral'sk known as Kezagri-Ÿukranian which is mainly spoken at borders of Aral'sk Republic and Kezagristan Republic.
