Abd Al Karim el Hammadi (January 9 1954 - April 22 1992) was a friend and loyalist of Jalil Al Kharrabi, and a Lieutenant-General of the Salamati Armed Forces, after being promoted by Al Kharrabi on September 8 1979.
He was known for his rigorous stance against political opponents, and was shown in the Bloody Moon Purge shouting at detainees. During the 1987-1991 Salamati famine, he convinced Jalil Al Kharrabi to not seek for international aid, and thus he was responsible of thousands of deaths.
On February 18 1992, after 15 days of hiding from anti-Kharrabi rebels, he was found and captured on a beach west of Ramzuz. He was sentenced to death by the Supreme Court of Dar Al Hamma and was executed in the evening of April 22 1992.
