The Nelborne Football Premier League is the highest level of the multinational Nelborne football system, composing of various regional and national competitions and leagues. It currently consists of 12 teams. Competition for the championship is run on a seasonal basis, with a spring, summer, and fall season lasting ~60 days, with each team playing around 23 games. Most games are played on Saturday and Sunday afternoons, with occasional weekday evening fixtures.
