The Okhrana Zala (Slavic: Охрана Зала; English: Hall Security) is the paramilitary wing of the Vozroz Party, and in it's original incarnation it was the paramilitary wing of the Slavic Union Party from 1931 to 1941. The Okhrana Zala existed from 1931 to 1941 before being absorbed into the Shturmovik. In 2022 after the fall of Osipovism in the Slavic Union several former members of the former government formed the Vozroz Party, bringing back the Okhrana Zala with it.

History

Original Incarnation

On September 18, 1931 Nikifor Osipov, the Chief of the Staff of the First Slavic Republic, secretly assembled a group of the 23 army officers most loyal to him, the majority having served under him at one point or another. Chief among these was Nikola Milošević, who was the first to take the "Oath of Supreme Loyalty", and was named Velkilymarshal of the newly formed Okhrana Zala, a secret group meant to act as Nikifor Osipov's personal security and to undermine the republican government in order to put Osipov in power.

In April of 1936 the Okhrana Zala attempted a coup against the republican government, but Vysoblastmarshal Kondrat Kovalev informed the Slavic government of the plot and it failed miserably, despite this it was only a minor setback, as only 7 of the original 23 officers were convicted for their role in the trial, with most, including Milošević, being acquitted. Osipov was believed to be too powerful to attempt to charge him for his role. The events of the April Putsch lead to Osipov and Milošević taking further measures to guarantee the loyalty of all Okhrana Zala members.

On June 18, 1938 Okhrana Zala members battled members of the Communist Party of the Union in the Battle of Sergeyev Square, where hundreds of communists and Okhrana Zala members fought in the streets, eventually the Okhrana Zala won the battle and marched on the communist party headquarters, burning it to the ground. After Nikifor Osipov officially named himself Vozhd of the Slavic Union in October 1940 the Okhrana Zala was reformed into the Shturmovik, meant to be even more intensely loyal.

Reformation

In August 2021 the Slavic dictatorship was overthrown and the Shturmovik was abolished with it. In April of the following year the Vozroz Party was founded, and a newly reformed Okrana Zala, headed by Velikymarshal Cyrus Kryukov, a former Polkmarshal of the Shturmovik, was created.
