Lex Hominum Negotiis or Law of Men Affairs is an ancient codex of laws that determines what a person is protected from in the actions they do. This can go from verbal actions like speaking to physical actions like hitting a person. The Codex was proposed during the 10th Meeting of the Solarian Senate in 5GD by the current Grand Chancellor Xauis Kai.
Creation
After establishing the Kingdom of Solarius, Solus I decided to create a legal system that would govern the Kingdom. This would be called Textus Iuris Civilis, the legal text that would be an advisor to all judges and Kings in terms of what is lawful and unlawful.
