1988 Magadin Referendum Was a referendum held over if the people of Gotneska-Magadin wanted Independence or remain a part of the wider Kingdom of Gotneska. Of the 3,298 eligible voters 82% voted in the election. Out of that 2,578 (78%) voted against Independence, 618 voted in favor of Independence, and 102 either voted abestioned or just left it blank.
