Group of Three, also referred to as Group D, refers to the "state within a state" that exists within the Champanois Federative Socialist Republic. The term is used to describe the oversight and influence the nation's three intelligence services: the State Protection Directorate (DPE), Department of Social Affairs (DAS), and the Central Intelligence Directorate (DCI), have over both society at large and the national government, including the Champanois Socialist Workers' Party.
