Juhong (Juhongese: 巨红; pinyin: Jùhóng), officially the People's Republic of Juhong (PRJ), is a country in East Antaria. It is Cunova's most populous country with a population exceeding 1.4 billion. With an area of nearly 7.6 million square kilometres (2,900,000 sq mi), it is also Cunova's largest country by total land area. The country consists of 17 provinces, four municipalities, and two semi-autonomous special administrative regions. The national capital is Yanjing, and the most populous city and largest financial center is Lanhumei.
In 1912, the Juhongese monarchy was overthrown and the Republic of Juhong was established. The Republic saw conflict during a civil war between the Guomindang government and the Juhong Communist Party (JCP), which began in 1927. In 1946, the JCP established control over Juhong, exiling the Guomintang to Tumoiwa.
Juhong is a unitary one-party socialist republic led by the JCP. It is one of the five permanent members of the AN Security Council and a founding member of several multilateral and regional organizations. While Juhong ranks poorly in measures of democracy and press freedom, the country ranks well in education, healthcare, quality of life, personal safety, low corruption, and infrastructure. Making up around one-fifth of the Cunovian economy, Juhong is the world's largest economy by GDP at purchasing power parity, the second-largest economy by nominal GDP, and the second-wealthiest country. The country is one of the fastest-growing major economies and is Cunova's largest manufacturer and exporter, as well as the second-largest importer.
