This is a list of cities in Kostrolia with a population of over 25,000 as of the most recent official estimates from 2023. The figures are for the population within the limits of the city proper, not the urban area or metropolitan area. Satellite cities that are often considered a part of a greater metropolitan area are listed separately on this list. In Kostrolia, no distinction is made between cities and towns; both are classified as naselja, or settlements. Typically, towns smaller than 25,000 are classified as sela, or villages, and can only become settlements once they have a population of over 25,000.
