The Galno Basin Crisis is an ongoing trilateral territorial and border dispute within the Galno Basin region of the Núlne Galaxy, between Holy Tal'Akdar, the Shiypatsa Nation and the Seven Bright Ones. The crisis began with the Skirmish at Surena 33K, an unihabitated system located between Tal'Akdari and Shiypatsa space.
Tensions over lucrative and resource rich systems have ebbed and flowed prior to and since the skirmish, with sporadic confrontations and skirmishes taking place throughout the unclaimed region. The level of tensions and threat of all-out war between the three parties has succeeded in deterring major expeditions and colonial operations.
