The Majid Muhammad Boulevard terrorist attack is a car bomb islamist terrorist attack perpetrated on the Majid Muhammad Boulevard in Dar Al Hamma, Salamat on September 20 1993.

Course of the attack

On September 20 1993 in the morning, a car bomb exploded on the Majid Muhammad Boulevard, one of the major arteries of Dar Al Hamma. The time and date was possibly chosen to kill a maximum of innocents, as it was perpetrated during rush hour a Monday morning. 32 persons died and 259 were injured.
