Javier Elías Aguados (April 23, 1934 – October 21, 1986) was a Madorian army officer and statesman, who led a section of the Madorian Armed Forces against Abiejón's presidency and chaired the Provisional Government of the Madorian Republic from 1965 to 1967. In 1971, he was elected President of Costa Madora, rewriting the Constitution of France and founding the Fourth Republic after approval by referendum.
