The Duoc Chuan Bi (lit. "Be Prepared"), was a period of chaos and violence in the Kingdom of Nainan from around 1954 to 1956 before the Nainese Civil War that saw the targeting of a multitude of groups, primarily Eucleans, Sotirians, and Ethnic minorities. This was largely perpetraded by Nainese nationalists and revolutionaries who sought to overthrow the Euclean-backed monarchy.

Term

The term Duoc Chuan Bi was given to the period by survivors of the massacres. The term comes from the Nainese battle cry used by the perpetrators "Chuẩn bị!", meaning "Get prepared!", often said when percieved enemies of the nationalists were spotted and attacked.
