The Yumeno-class battleship (夢野型戦艦, Yumeno-gata senkan) are two battleships constructed for, and operated by the Arakami Navy. Named Yumeno and Monogatari, they were improved, modified, and twice as powerful versions of the preceding Maya class, specifically the Sarashiki subclass.
Measuring 315 m (1,033 ft) in terms of length and having a beam of 37 m (121 ft), it supersedes the Maya class by a huge margin. In contrast to the first two Maya class battleships that carry 46 cm guns, both Yumeno and Monogatari wield twelve 51 cm guns, outgunning and outweighing Sarashiki in terms of broadside weight.
