Carlinhos Resende (born August 21 1985) is a Quetanan professional footballer currently playing as a midfielder for Malcanes United since 2011 and the Quetana national football team since 2006. He has previously played for Spurs FC and FC Schwarz-Weiß Melmingen. Resende was named the captain of the Quetanan national team in 2018. He is considered one of the best Quetanan footballers. He was part of the World Cup winning team in both the 2010 and 2011 tournaments.
