Jeanne Deminot, born April 21, 1989 in Marolles-en-Brie, Seine-et-Marne is a voiseyian politician. She is one of the youngest ministers of the Barthélemy Government. She is an influential figure, especially with students. She is known for her positions in favor of students, in favor of the development of inter-university exchanges of different nations and for a more increased financial aid for research.
Early Life, Family and Education
Jeanne was born into a modest family in the Seine-et-Marne countryside. She is a hard-working and determined person. Thus, she quickly climbs in school level and obtains her Certificate of Study brilliantly in 2008. She began her graduate studies at the ENPA in Nancy. She graduated in 2013, and was first in her class. The same year, she joined the SEV, Syndicat des Etudiants Voiseyiens. She became a key figure, thanks to her frequent appearances on radio and television. In 2015, she joined the Nancy City Council, under the label UGC. She plays an important role in the affairs related to the University. In 2020, she joined the government of Raymond Barthélemy.
