General elections were held in Alquiya on 8 Feburary 2021 to elect the president, the National Assembly, the governors, and legislative assemblies of all federative units. As no candidate for president—or for governor in some districts—received more than half of the valid votes in the first round, a runoff election for these offices was held on 22 Feburary. Sedor Molin received the majority of the votes in the second round and was re-elected president of Alquiya.
