Enigmastadt (Kazdelian: Ænigmanum, alternatively Orientalis), officially known as Greater Enigmastadt (Illusian: Großer Enigmastadt) or formally the Royal Capital City and County of Greater Enigmastadt (Illusian: Königliche Hauptstadt und Grafschaft von Großer Enigmastadt), is the capital city of the United Kingdom of Illusia and Neverendia, and is also the regional capital of Illusia. Housing 12 million people, it is the third-largest city in the country, behind Midfordshaven. The city is the seat of power of the Illuverendian government, with it commencing operations in the Enigmastadt Palace, the city's prominent building. Enigmastadt is also one of the oldest continuously-habited Illuverendian cities. It was known as Orientalis under Kazdelian rule in antiquity, became the capital of the Duchy of Nachtberg since its founding, and remained that way through its transformation as the Kingdom of Illusia.

Geography
Sister cities
Enigmastadt's sister city is Wehrburg in North Armatas. Its local sister city is the capital of Neverendia, White Plains. Both it and White Plains share a friendly rivalry against each other.
