TL&M Consoles

Consoles are subdivisions of the TL&M that are under 20 miles, subs closer to the 20 mile limit might be given a name, but dispatchers use the console number to identify the track. If a console connects to Subdivision, it will be considerd a "belt subdivision" (Example: Hearne Belt Sub)
