Billy Ramone was borm in New York on October 31st 1976, to loving parents of Thomas Ramone and Jennifer Ramone, Billy has 5 siblings he has three brothers and two sisters. From a young age Billy was moving throughout schools and moving to different states. After moving to Boston Massachusetts Billy took a turn for the worst and devolved a life of crime at the age of 16 he was sentenced to a juvenile detention center for Possession of a firearm and armed robbery. After being released from the juvenile detention center on his 18th birthday. After being released He went back home to New York he found out his parents were killed in a house fire due to a Mafia group called The Hell’s Horsemen After finding out what happened he got all of his old friends together and they created their own Mafia group called the Ramone Family and they went to where the The Hell’s Horsemen HQ was and they ended over 50 peoples lives in a massive shootout. When the shootout ended him and his group moved to Los Santos to start a big Organization as a Mafia group and took over the south part of Los Santos. After doing business in sandy shores the BCSO moved in on Billy's Operation and Arrested Billy on multiple drug charges and illegal possession of firearms with a felony on his record at this time he was arrested by Corporal Nelson and with this big arrested officer Nelson was brought up to the highest ranking officer has Sherriff of the Blaine County Sheriffs Department. After serving 10 years in the state penitentiary Billy Ramone was back on the street and when he got back to his HQ he found out that his top guy was trying to take over his empire that Billy Ramone built so after finding this out he took his top guy out on a ride and when Billy Ramone pulled over on the side of the car he went to the trunk of the car and pulled out a Tommy Gun and opened fire on the car until his Top guy wasn't moving he quickly fled back to his warehouse and stayed out of plain sight for about 3 weeks. Billy Ramone has been living his life throughout Los Santos as a millionaire right outside of Sandy Shores living with his wife Savannah Ramone they met at a night club in Los Santos and a guy was trying to drag her away but Billy stepped in and handled the situation and they instantly had a connection from there. Billy ramone has 3 kids 2 girls and 1 boy and living a wealthy lifestyle working with their dad in his businesses.
