Franco Alessandro Daniele Russo (born 16th June 1975) is a Pacitalian politician, lawyer and economist. He was the Pacitalian Social Democratic Congress' candidate for Archonate in the 2023 election. Russo served as the Governor of the Republican Central Bank from 2017 to 2023, and his approach to monetary policy during his term is widely credited with helping Pacitalia emerge from a deep recession in the mid-2010s.

Russo was a candidate for Archonate once before, running for the PSC in the 2016 election. He placed a surprise second, despite polling that suggested he would be eliminated in the first round, and subsequently advanced to the runoff, narrowly losing to industrialist Carmine Bello of the Christian Democrats in what became a highly contentious election result. After irregularities were discovered in the vote, the election was annulled and re-run in 2017.

After Russo declined to run again, then-prime minister Archetenia Nera went on to nominate him to run the Pacitalian central bank in early 2017. In the 2023 election, Russo advanced to the runoff against the Christian Democrats' Abeo Bamidele, but lost.
