Providence, officially Saint Ferdinand de la Vallée de la Providence, is the capital city of Puramape, and its city and urban conurbation by territorial extension and population. The city hosts most administrative centres of Puramape, and it is governed by the Municipality of Providence; the city is also capital of the Metropolitan Region, one departments of Puramape.
