Static Infantry Divisions are infantry formations that form the bulk of the Blackhelm Confederate Army. Static Infantry Divisions are meant primarily to hold and pin enemy formations, often placed to fix opposing forces in place to enable more mobile formations to engage in the flanks and envelope the enemy.
