Orda is loosely based on the Lithuanian PM Ingrida Šimonytė and the Chilean president Gabriel Boric. His photo is that of some minor Mongolian politician whose name I've forgotten. His name was originally Etsegh ek-Töriin, which is a play on words in Mongolian (misspelling a word as a patronymic).
