The Blackhelm Confederate Ministry of Foreign Affairs is the central government institution charged with leading the foreign policy and foreign relations of the Blackhelm Confederacy. It is a continuation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Empire of Exponent. Cornelius Pureheart, as Head of the Blackhelm Confederate Senate, also serves as the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
