Valo'kap Consortium

Valo'Kap Consortium, often refer to as simply Valo'Kap, was a conglomerate of five otherwise independent private military corporations. Valo'Kap was liquidated in the aftermath of the Valo'kap War, fought MC 2030–31. These were Canus Security, Jeh'Ti, Huron Authority, Koman Services, and Finkirk. As of present day, all five individual constituents of the conglomerate remain operational despite ongoing criminal and civil trials against former Valo'Kap corporate leadership and its constituent firms.

The consortium formed to fulfill a large contract issued by by the Killian senate, meant at the time to bolster not replace Killian defenses along the international border with Ordena. This contract was soon doubled. Although Valo'Kap was accused of blackmailing the Killian government by threatening to withdraw services, this was denied by both parties. The Killian government claimed to want to spare Killian lives.

Valo'Kap was primarily responsible for the outbreak of the Valo'Kap War in MC 2030. It launched a ground invasion of Ordena, which was rapidly defeated. A consequent Ordenite counteroffensive triggered The Golden Throne's intervention, which quickly deployed ground forces and forced Valo'Kap to fold its forces under the leadership of the Ejermacht.

The first constituent to break terms with the consortium was Huron Authority. The consortium has since been liquidated.
