C.V.M is a province in Eastern Floptropica, along the Boojayna Strait. C.V.M.'s ocean coastline is consequently the second-longest in the Floptropica. Of the nine Floptropican provinces, C.V.M. is the second-largest in land area and the 2nd-most populous; with 1.1 million residents, it ranks XX(placeholder) in population density. Over one-third of residents live in the Greater Flop City Metro Area, home to the province's capital and largest city, Flop City. As one of only two majority-minority provinces, it has the only indigenous plurality, the largest Asian and Pacific Islander population, and largest proportion of multiracial people in Floptropica. Consequently, C.V.M. is a unique melting pot of Polynesisan and East Asian cultures, in addition to its indigenous Flopa heritage.

Historically dominated by a plantation economy, C.V.M. remains a major agricultural exporter due to its fertile soil. Its economy has rapidly diversified since the mid-20th century, with tourism, manufacturing, technology, and real eastate becoming the largest sectors. The province attracts tourists, surfers, and scientists with its diverse natural scenery, thick forests, abundant public beaches, oceanic surroundings, and clear skies. C.V.M. hosts the Floptropican Pacific Fleet, the Floptropica's largest naval command, as well as 35,000 employees of the Defense Department. C.V.M. is the second-wealthiest province, and residents have the longest life expectancy of any Floptropican province, at 81.7 years. C.V.M. is also a leader in clean energy, with 42% of the province's electricity coming from renewable sources. The province's governor, Wendy Testaburger, has also promised that C.V.M. will be completely carbon-neutral by 2035, ahead of Floptropica's goal of carbon neutrality by 2040. The province also plans to be carbon-negative by 2050.
