The Pax program, also known as Project Pax, refers to a series of modular space stations launched by the Empire of Exponent and its successor state the Blackhelm Confederacy.
Background
Beginning in the 1960s,the government of the Empire of Exponent began pursuing the concept maintaining a permanent space station in Earth's orbit.
