The Lochheim RF-25 'Ruach' is a Relikan two-seat, twin-engine all-weather stealth multirole combat aircraft developed for the United Federation of Relikai Air Forces. Initially developed as a Future Aerial Doctrine Experiment, the aircraft is also capable of carrying out a multitude of roles including electronic warfare (EW) and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) capabilities. A combined project led by the winner of the FADE contract Lochheim, the RF-25 is the first Relikan 5.X Generation aircraft, marketed as such due to its initial design and construction as a Fifth Generation Aircraft, and ability to evolve its capabilities as well as versatile modularity under the Relikan Open Architecture Model doctrine which allows updated hardware to be installed as upgrades.
