The Mereman Free State, commonly referred to as Merema, is a sovereign island country in Nordania occupying much of the Surensar. Thanks to an enclave in the Tynic archipelago Merema has land borders with XXX and XXX. It also has a claim to the Elivagan referred to as the Far Northern Territory.
Merema has long since been an epicenter of Nordanian civilizations--mainly the Nevanics and the Surelasians, whose city-states in the Neva river and the eastern coast has formed the basis of the Mereman state to come.
