Avigena, officially the state of Ávigena, is a state spanning the all of the Kokos Islands south of Lekeadia. It has a maritime border with Caluma.

Avigena is the least populous state in the Serenacy, with almost 2 million residents as of the 2096 census. The state is the smallest by area and has the a high population density among all states. The largest metropolitan area in the state is Greater Nova Gracemeria, which includes and surrounds Nova Gracemeria, the state's largest city, and is home to over 60% of all state residents. The second-largest metropolitan area, the Sevidrid Island, is centered in and around Sevidrid, the state's second-largest city.

First colonised by Emmerian setlers in the late 17th century, this influence is still felt today by the presence of Emmerian place names, and
