The Jhu'kan Empire, or more accurately the Jhu'kan Celestial Kingdom, (Common: 'ʒʊkæn) was the first major human entity in the lands of The Dze Confederation, the two entities older than it are the First Dze Confederation and the Bör Kingdom; arising as a great power after the Jhu'kan Campaigns, it remained as such until the aftermath of the Latqom War. Descended from the Broadaxe Culture, the warlike nature of the empire and the strategically gifted Ka'sun I allowed it to arise so quickly to power at the start of the 72nd century BR.
