Tramell James Stewart is a Californian politician, who is the Speaker of the General Assembly, having been chosen in 2039. A member of the Populist Party, he also represents Alameda's 7th congressional district. He is the first openly gay person to hold a leadership position in the nation's legislature.

Born in Oakland, Alameda, Stewart graduated from the University of California, Davis in 2026 and was elected to the General Assembly in 2034.
