The University of the Aprium, also known as The Aprium (Hakulic: Oscia ria tha Aprium) is a major public institution in Syva Aethel in the Saathein Sovereignty of Seclya. Founded in July 2006 by the personal decree of Ostrax Ruven I and his consort Issarel Ermys. the school was constructed with an aim to produce State Thaizes for the Saahein Sovereignty. As such, it is a vocational school devoted to the magicks of the Seclyai elves, Hein Xeglya.
