The Party for the Cárinansian Revolution or PRC is one of the two major parties in the Cárinansian political system, considered traditionally to be Center-right, recently has been reconsidered as Centrist following the presidency of Roberto Bitencourt. Controlling the presidency continuously between 1965 and 2041, today it is the weaker of the two parties, lacking the legislature, executive or judiciary.
During the late 90s and early 00s, the PRC experienced a large decline as several splinter organisations such as the Patriot Party and Liberal Party formed, and took seats in subsequent elections from the party. The neoliberal Alcist-Bitencourtism was the party's predominant ideology, but it has since been replaced by Agramontism. Generally speaking, legislators of the party vote in line with the party, but obstructionist measures have been abolished since 2111. Since then, the party’s popularity has resurged across the country, thanks in large part to Agramonte’s massive popularity.
