The Singhapala Bisaya Republic, commonly known as the Launat Regime or Northern SBR to distinguish itself was a wartime puppet state of the Empire of Tayichi in northern Singhapala Bisaya. It existed alongside the [Southern Government] under Roman Tanvir Sadayag during the Bisayan Civil War and the Great War. The country functioned as a military dictatorship under Geras Bulinao Launat. Initially, it governed territories captured by Tayichi during the Tayichian Invasion of the SBR, but its control diminished as the civil war progressed.
