Interstate 55 (I-55) is a major mainline interstate running north-south through East Monroe Petra, connecting Parkland and Charlotte.
I-41 begins at a concurrency of I-30 and I-75, with traffic defaulting south, continuing on IR-61, just in downtown Charlotte. The route follows IR-61 to the Houston suburb of Kingsport, where it takes over the old routing of Interstate 41. From Houston, the freeway continues north, paralleling IR-61 to Beaumont, where both routes find seperate ways up to Parkland.
